Think that you can skip it since "it's just the primary"? Well that's just not true. While the statewide elections might be a close call between Democrats and Republicans, most of the Baltimore City officials elected in November will be chosen in the primary. Through my research today, I learned that there are some heated races for State's Attorney, Judge of the Orphan's Court, and Sheriff.
